The Leatherman Micra USA tool is a compact, keychain-sized multitool made entirely from stainless steel. From 1996 to 2006, the Micra had USA stamped at the scissors pivot. It was removed for legal reasons, with no apparent change in the quality or finish of the tools.
Size & Weight: The Leatherman Micra USA tool is 63.5mm (2 1/2") long, 19mm (3/4") wide, and 9.5mm (3/8") thick. It weighs about 48.8 grams (1.7 oz).
Colors: The Micra USA comes in
stainless steel and several colors of anodized aluminum. For several years in the Aughties, the Micra USA also came in a clear polycarbonate plastic jacket in red, blue or green. Even earlier, a few Micra USAs came with painted colors. Their enamel coating was not very durable, so they are rarely found in good condition.
