The Victorinox Prince Stainless Swiss Army knife is a retired Swiss Army knife, in a pocket-friendly 74mm / 3" format. It has a large, unique nail file that is not found on any other Swiss Army knife. This version came with machine-turned stainless steel scales, available in at least four patterns. It was usually called just a plain old Prince, and seems to pre-date the version with Cellidor scales.
There is no similar Wenger or Leatherman tool. This was a popular toolset for "gentleman" pocket knives 50+ years ago, but is much less common today.
