The retired Victorinox Cigar Cutter Swiss Army knife is a basic Swiss Army knife, in a slender 74mm / 3" format. It includes a flat blade with sharpened circular punches in three different sizes. To use the tool, place the desired cutter against the end of the cigar, and rotate it to create a hole.
